How Do I download my Files?

You will receive an email with a purchase receipt and a download link inside the email. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder in case you do not receive one.

Can I Use These Files If I Don’t Have A Cutting Machine?

Yes, absolutely! You can use the PNG file for iron on transfers and printing onto paper. You can also take the files to a printing store near you to have the files printed on your desired item.

How Do I Unzip The downloaded Folder?

The files are inside a zipped folder. Once you have downloaded the zipped folder, you must unzip the folder to access the eight files inside the folder. On Windows and Mac this can be done by double clicking on the zipped folder, or on Windows, you can also right click on the folder and choose extract. For Android phones, iPhone and iPad, you will need an app to do so. Unzip apps can be found on both the App Store and Google Play.

Can I Sell the Designs On Physical Items?

Yes, absolutely! You can use the designs on physical items. Please note that you may not use, upload or sell these designs on any print on demand website like Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Teespring, Spreadshirt or any other dropship design and upload site.

There Wasn’t An SVG File In The Zip Folder?

All designs have an SVG file included. The svg sometimes adopts the icon of the browser installed on you PC. Just upload the SVG file with the browser icon to your software as you normally would, it should work just fine. You can also identify the SVG by the file name, which ends in .svg. If you get a challenge, please contact me and I’ll email it right over.

Is there any shipping costs?

All the items on the store are digital. No physical items will be shipped to you. You will receive a downloadable file after purchase.

I didn't receive an email with paid files.

After payment files will be auto sent to your email. Ensure you check your email spam/junk folder, at times the email ends up in that folder.
